1. YOUR ACCOUNT

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person may not maintain accounts to deceive buyers or sellers. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. LISTINGS AND CONTENT

Sellers are fully responsible for their products, ads, prices, photos and descriptions. Listings must be legal, accurate and your own to sell. The following are strictly prohibited: stolen or counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, scams, fake documents, and anything illegal under Pakistani law. New listings pass an AI review and may be held for admin approval; we may remove any listing without notice. Objectionable content is not tolerated — users can report and block any user, and repeat offenders are banned.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Digital shop orders are placed at the prices shown in the app, confirmed by the server. Payment is made to Haji Saab Bazaar (cash on delivery or the app's account) — never to a seller's personal account. The seller is paid after the order is delivered. Delivery fees are set by each seller and shown before you confirm. Only the seller or an admin can cancel an order.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivered orders may be returned within 7 days through the app, with photo evidence. Approved refunds are made through the app and the seller's earning for that order is reversed. Classified ads are person-to-person: Haji Saab Bazaar is not a party to those deals and cannot guarantee them.

5. SELLER DUTIES

Sellers must ship what was described, on time, and respond to buyers and return requests honestly. Repeated complaints, fake products or fraud lead to removal of the shop and a permanent ban.

6. AI TOOLS

AI assistants provide suggestions only. Prices, descriptions and decisions made with AI help remain your responsibility.

7. LIABILITY

We work hard to keep the marketplace safe, but we cannot guarantee every listing or user. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the app for the order in question.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms; the in-app version is the current one. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
