FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Last updated: October 2026
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on digital shop orders — you pay in cash when your order arrives. Online payment options are shown at checkout where available.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. On a shop's web page you can order as a guest with just your name, phone number and address, and you receive a tracking link for your order. Ordering inside the app needs a free account.
Who receives my payment, and when is the seller paid?
Payment always goes to Haji Saab Bazaar first — never to a seller's personal account. After your delivery is confirmed, the seller's payout is released following a 14-day safety period. This protects buyers if anything goes wrong with an order.
How do returns and refunds work?
You can request a return from the app within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the item as evidence. When the seller accepts the return, the app shows you the seller's complete shop address; you send the parcel back by any courier and enter the return tracking ID in the app. The refund then moves forward through the platform.
Is it free to open a shop?
Yes. Opening a digital shop on Haji Saab Bazaar is free, and sellers keep the full amount of their sales — the platform does not deduct a commission from seller earnings. Delivery charges are set by each seller and are paid by the customer.
What does the Verified Seller badge mean?
Sellers can verify their identity with their CNIC (national identity card). Shops whose owner is verified show a Verified Seller badge, so buyers can shop with more confidence.
How does delivery work?
Each seller sets their own delivery charge, which is shown before you confirm your order. The seller dispatches your order, and when it arrives you confirm delivery in the app. If you do not confirm, delivery is confirmed automatically after 7 days, and you can raise a dispute from the app during that time.
